Responsibilities
- Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination.
- Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures
- Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors/suppliers and government department.

Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 / 5 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
- Professional qualification of MHKIE is a must
- Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations
- Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site co-ordination with sub-contractors
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
- Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Holder of Safety Green Card is required
- At least 3 / 5 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
