Assistant Manager, Aviation Logistics - (220544)

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the franchisee management in service quality, safety, security, business continuity and environmental aspects
- Measure and track ongoing performance of the business partners through various approaches, including but not limited to regular customer satisfaction surveys, performance audits, facility inspections, KPI performance reports compilation and actions follow-up
- Coordinate with teams in the Department to support and implement corporate initiatives in relation to safety, security and environmental affairs
- Coordinate the compilation and implementation of business continuity and emergency response plans for the Department
- Facilitate safety awareness and drive safety target achievement thorough organizing various safety activities and campaigns
- Prepare analytical review and regular performance measurement reports to derive recommendations for improvements
- Support other project assignments as required (e.g. HKIA cargo data platform)
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Qualification as ISO certification auditor is an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years' related experience, preferably with 2 years’ service delivery and audit management experience
- Hands-on audit and service compliance experience is preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Passion for learning, self-motivated, meticulous and a logical problem solver
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
