Assistant Manager, Safety - (220063)
Reporting to Senior Manager, Airport Safety, and the incumbent will be responsible for safety promotion, training, safety climate assessment, secretarial support to safety committees, and compilation of reports on airport safety performance etc. Also takes up the role of project manager providing coordination of e-transformation safety programme of the HKIA.

Responsibilities
- Administer HKIA safety performance monitoring system, maintain Airport Composite Safety Performance database and compile safety performance management reports
- Perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting of performance data
- Maintain the Electronic Safety Management System and ensure data are well monitored and controlled
- Create and update the HKIA Safety Programme
- Organise Safety eBus visits in airport and arrange airport-wide safety promotion programmes to arouses the safety awareness of difference parties in HKIA
- Lead the production of monthly Electronic Safety Awareness Workshop, Airport Safety Bulletin, other safety publications etc. and manage safety communication to enhance safety culture of the airport community
- Adopt tools, e.g. Safety Climate Assessment to gauge perception of airport staff towards safety in their workplaces
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Safety / Aviation / Engineering / Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant working experience in airport operations / safety or other relevant industries
- Relevant safety qualifications holder such as Hong Kong Registered Safety Officer or good knowledge in Safety Management System would be an advantage
- Strong analytical mind, good essay writing and organisation skills
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure with strong drive to complete the projects
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Possession of valid HK Driving License of Class 1 is preferred
