Responsibilities
- Exercise document control over the Integrated Management System Documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Department
- Assist to conduct on-site inspections
- Assist to conduct internal audit and prepare audit reports
- Coordinate with external Certification Body on the certification matters
- Perform duties and projects as assigned by the Department Head
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality-related matters preferably in property / facility management industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, systematic and independent
- Knowledge in ISO Management Systems definite an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Offices and Chinese Input Methods
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quality Management Officer
