To support the Head of Digital - Service Delivery & Cargo by contributing strategically and operationally on the implementation and rollout of the Enterprise Knowledge Management system for CX

Responsibilities
- Product owner of the Enterprise Knowledge Management system for Cathay Pacific
- Take a leading role in the roll out and implementation of the Enterprise
- Champion and key player in the success of end to end KM implementation in Cathay Pacific
- Knowledge Management project, supporting Head of Digital in project management and BAU operations
- Assist and work with Business Units (BU) and vendor to set up strategy, proper governance, processes and RACI for sustainable KM management
- Support change management activities arising from KM adoption
- Co-create KMS implementation roadmap for applicable BU
- Explore and capitalise internal opportunities for wider adoption KM
- Drive internal departments KM adoption and enhancement and ensure enterprise best practices are applied in the process
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap of the product, API partners, and keep up with vendor developments
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Support Head of Digital – Service Delivery & Cargo in managing and influencing internal stakeholders
- Work closely with IT to collect BU requirements for onboarding and continuous improvement
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Degree in Knowledge management will be a plus.
- Seasoned practitioner with strong knowledge of KM concepts and principles
- Proven record in implementation of KM product/systems
- Proven record in product development/ management, project management, implementation and change management
- Experience in program and project delivery, application development management, strategy development, contract negotiation and vendor management
- Proven records in delivery of technical applications, services and solutions to meet the requirements of business at a strategic and operational level
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organization skills
- Strong analytical abilities, and critical thinking skills
- Curious, meticulous, self-motivated and strong continuous improvement mindset
- Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to share effectively across different business streams.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business teams, technical teams, UAT teams and external partners
- Knowledge on customer centric design process known as design thinking a plus
- Knowledge of LEAN is a plus
