Responsibilities
- To conduct weekly review meeting with the contractor and ITD on the operation and problem solving of the Baggage AET fleet for various baggage handling services contracts to uphold resilience and efficiency
- To assist AM, SPOR in the coordination with work parties, and internal and external business partners on various new baggage systems related projects (including the 3RS Baggage Handling System) as well as modification works on the current systems
- To assist SOO, SPOR in work permit issuance and details checking of the method statement of each works application in Baggage Hall. SkyPier Baggage Hall and SkyPier Bonded Road etc. to ensure compliance with safety requirement, and impose work permit conditions as necessary to reduce risk of disrupting live operation of T1 Baggage Hall and SkyPier Baggage Hall
- To assist in testing and commissioning, training sessions, risk assessments and handover arrangement of newly built baggage systems/ equipment to baggage duty team
- To collate faults reported in baggage duty team's daily operation log and follow up with TSS project team (for new systems under defect liability period) or TSS maintenance team to identify the causes and provide permanent fix
- To provide analytical reports on the KPls of baggage systems/ equipment
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines with minimum 1 years working experience, preferably in airport management/ airline operations or project management
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Hands-on experience of MS Office Applications. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/ CorelDraw are added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chines. Knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
- Valid HK driving licence with Class 1 and 2 endorsement is preferred
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
