Responsibilities
- Engage potential business partners to promote the sales and services of HKIA VIP Lounge (HKIAL)
- Plan and manage the operation of Government VIP Lounge (GVIPL) and HKIAL
- Ensure the service provisions at GVIPL and HKIAL are up to the required standard
- Liaise with the Government and relevant law enforcement authorities on GVIPL / HKIAL operation issues
- Work closely with business partners including airlines, passenger handling agents, baggage handling agents, catering services vendor and other service contractors for the smooth service delivery at GVIPL / HKIAL
- Facilitate the establishment of an enlarged HKIAL to cater for passenger growth

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management or related discipline
- At least 8 years' relevant working experience in operation planning, management and promotion of commercial VIP Lounges gained from a sizable organization, of which 3 years must be at supervisory level. Experience in hotel /aviation/ transportation/ hospitality industry is preferred
- Self-initiated, innovative and highly analytical
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
