Responsibilities
- Providing technical assistance in the design and site supervision of the works;
- Ensuring that the consultants'/contractors' proposals and works are in compliance with the aerodrome safety and airport restricted area security requirements;
- Coordinating design and construction interface issues and proactively resolving to request for information and preparing design of change documents;
- Providing technical support to site supervision teams on ground improvement works, existing runway seawall tie-in works including responding to request for information and preparing design of change documents.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 10 years' relevant experience, of which minimum of 4 years should be in project management
- Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies
- Experience in civil / geotechnical works design, planning, construction and site supervisory works
- Experience in design and construction supervision of large-scale infrastructure works is preferred
- Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
- Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies
