Reports to: Head of Employee Relations and Communications (Inflight Services)
This role is dedicated to develop and execute the cabin crew experience and engagement strategies to improve the cabin crew experience and drive engagement across the crew community. The key focus will involve keeping cabin crew engaged and connected to the airline. The job holder is responsible for making strategic advice and recommendations to the management of Inflight Service Delivery.
With a strong understanding of cabin crew operations and the needs of cabin crew, and as a strong communicator and a global thinker, he/she has a strong strategic element in ensuring the long-term engagement strategies are integrated and aligned with the corporate direction with the aim of improving employee relations and ISD effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Employee Relations and Communications (Inflight Services) to develop and execute cabin crew experience and engagement strategies to improve the employee experience and drive engagement across the cabin crew community
- Manage end-to-end cabin crew experience and connect cabin crew to the Company through developing, executing and managing relevant engagement and experience programmes and events
- Drive improvement to the cabin crew's end-to-end digital and physical experience along the entire cabin crew journey with the goal of improving employee experience and engagement
- Lead strategic projects to facilitate the delivery of organizational goals with sound financial benefits, ER improvements & efficiency gains, including developing rollout strategy and change management plan
- Develop and execute ISD application roadmap and digital experience strategies by leading the development of digital initiatives and driving intuitive digital experience for the cabin crew
- Manage the Cabin Crew Ambassador (CEA) programme to ensure it is a value added and effective channel to strengthening the ties between the Company and the crew community
- Oversee the multimedia production used for engaging cabin crew on Company updates and new initiatives/projects related information
- Monitor cabin crew engagement levels through various channels, focus groups and other means and provide solutions to address any identified related issues
- Introduce new digital technology to enhance engagement & communications and drive efficiency, improve work processes and reduce unnecessary costs
- Collaborate with the Cabin Crew Communications and Engagement Manager to develop ER/IR communications to Cabin Crew
- Accountable for audit preparation for Cabin Crew Experience & Strategic Engagement team
- Deputise when required for the Head of Employee Relations and Communications - Inflight Services
Requirements
- At least 7 years relevant work experience in airline industry
- Tertiary Education in Communications or HR qualification
- Good knowledge of cabin crew operational environment and standards (safety, service etc.)
- Experience in developing and executing employee engagement strategies
- Computer literacy e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong project management skills
- Good strategic agility and strong influencing skills
- Rigorous analytical and problem solving skills
- Driver of change and collaborative in approach
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Able to work and keep calm under pressure
