Highlight
Location: Hong Kong
Reports to: Assistant Manager Commercial Partnership
Ensure an integrated and consistent strategy for the rollout of Meta partner and Payment solution. Perform analysis and regular review of the existing partners.

Connect, support and understanding business requirements of key stakeholders. Support analysis by building tools and optimizing the Meta/Payment portfolio to ensure a cost effective mix.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with our stakeholders to adopt new Meta / Payment partners
- Provides proactive and constructive input to projects across Commercial teams to maximise profitability
- Work closely with the IT teams to ensure that our Meta / Payment partners’ needs can be handled by the Cathay Pacific IT architecture
- Negotiate with vendors/ partners for commercial initiatives
- Work closely with Legal team to review legal document and translate commercial and technical requirement into appropriate language
- Building tools to analyse and evaluate impact on costs / benefit and implement adequate monitoring of the Meta / Payment associated initiatives
- Participating in some adhoc projects in Distribution Strategy areas if required
Requirements
- Degree or above in Business or Data analytics related field
- Experience in B2B or B2C eCommerce will be an advantage
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders on commercial and resource priorities
- Comfortable interpreting data from multiple sources
- Experience in data analysis / dashboard building is a plus
- Good Understanding of airline selling processes including revenue management, retail and distribution is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
