Responsibilities
- Deliver effective HR services to designated divisions/departments including manpower planning, resourcing, performance management and employee relations
- Handle complete recruitment process for positions of designated divisions/departments
- Provide advice and support to designated divisions/departments on all HR issues as and when appropriate
- Assist in the review, development and implementation of employee related policies and procedures
- Assist in various ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 6 years of work experience in HR operations, recruitment, preferably with a sizable organization
- Well-versed with employment related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong and the PRC
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least 6 years of work experience in HR operations, recruitment, preferably with a sizable organization
