Responsibilities
- Ensure timely settlements and interest payments of all external borrowings and hedging transactions
- Oversee daily treasury operations
- Handle bank accounts maintenance and all KYC requests and enquiries
- Conduct financial assessments on potential business partners’ financial capability
- Perform bondsman vetting
- Support evaluation of funding / hedging proposals and respective execution
- Ensure compliance to external borrowings agreements
- Supervise internal and external financial reporting related to financial instruments
- Participate in ad hoc assignments
- Oversee daily treasury operations

Requirements
- Degree holder in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
- Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or other international accounting associations is a must
- Member of CFA is an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant working experience, preferably in listed companies or statutory bodies
- Solid knowledge on corporate finance, funding transactions and treasury operations
- Extensive knowledge on practical applications of accounting standard related to financing and hedging transactions is an advantage
- Familiar with ESG finance and respective ongoing reporting is preferred
- Prior experience in using electronic banking system / treasury management system / Oracle Financial System is preferred
- Self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is a plus
- Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or other international accounting associations is a must
