Reports to: Head of Revenue Management Operations
The job holder will ensure the efficient and effective fares filing process in Cathay Pacific Group, and that the process is in line with our revenue generation strategy. He / She will ensure that the fare filing will support the overall CX’s strategy and will be our competitive edge moving forward.

Responsibilities
- Establish company-wide fare filing standards to lead the market and implement industry best practices
- Generate incremental revenue and cost savings through improved process
- Arrange training and support on fare filing related matters to all key stakeholders
- Monitor fare volumes for Cathay Pacific Group
- Monitor effectiveness of fare displays in GDS for Cathay Pacific Group
- Monitor effectiveness of post-sales online or offline servicing
- Oversee the end-to-end process and identify areas of improvements with the support from key stakeholders
- Manage business process changes related to new fares management system implementation
Requirements
- A degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in revenue management, pricing or business reengineering
- Knowledge of fare filing standards and usage of ATPCO system is an advantage
