- Plan, develop, manage and support marketing activities, campaigns and strategies with partners
- Develop partner presentations, proposals and contracts preparation
- Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
- Measure the success of campaigns, provide weekly, monthly & post campaign reports as required and forecast performance against internal KPIs
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
- Take a proactive role in learning about client’s business
- Build good rapport and strong relationship with all stakeholders including internal partners across different departments
- Provide operational support to partners and improve conversion and process efficiency

Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Business related subjects
- 4 years of experience in partnership development, e-commerce; management consulting experience is an advantage
- Strong planning and analytical skills with strong business sense and problem-solving skill
- Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, good team player and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Google and MS applications
- 4 years of experience in partnership development, e-commerce; management consulting experience is an advantage
