Assistant General Manager, Aviation Logistics - (220369)
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 3 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Formulate HKIA air cargo development strategies & initiatives and derive roadmap to drive implementation
- Manage cargo franchisees, including the cargo terminals and express hub to ensure world-class operation standard and efficiency at HKIA
- Lead and grow the cargo team to deliver continuous development and operational enhancement
- Build and enhance rapport with various stakeholders in the air cargo community to forge collaboration
- Work with various government and regulatory bodies for support and facilitation
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years working experience with substantial managerial experience in air cargo related roles
- Solid track record in business development, vendors/ contractors management and/ or operation management in related fields
- Strong business acumen, analytical and a fast learner
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong planning and execution capability
- Good leadership skills and a team player
- Proven people and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese
