Responsibilities
- Acting as a key member of the HKIA Cargo Community Digital Platform Team with key accountabilities as follows:
1. Drive the platform adoption and post-launch awareness program through hands-on engagement with air cargo and logistics industry users, ranging from onboarding, briefings, trainings, coaching and customer service support and troubleshooting
2. Marketing lead (including branding, direct, event and digital) and champion on the content and portal management as related to the platform
3. Cultivate collaboration opportunities with potential partners (e.g. overseas airports, trade and technology service providers, etc.) to enable network extension and ecosystem establishment
4. Support the development of new applications, PoC, use cases of the platform as introduced to market on an ongoing basis
- Proactive management of the Premium e-Commerce Logistics Centre to ensure Tenant’s compliance with contractual requirement and to cultivate more business opportunities for HKIA community
- Departmental support on corporate business plan, budget preparation and senior management reporting
- Market research and support on new cargo business initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder in any related disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience and exposures on corporate digital marketing, partnership engagement and ecosystem collaboration role, ideally in air cargo and supply chain or trade related industry
- Solid experience in driving penetration and adoption of a new application and/or digital platform is highly preferred
- Good knowledge on the latest trend and technologies in eCommerce/ Blockchain economy is an added advantage
- Change makers, result-oriented, fast learner and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, passion for challenges, persistent and good team player
- Excellent co-ordination and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, with good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
