Role Introduction
Reports to: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager
The jobholder is accountable for overseeing the design and execution of commercially focused talent acquisition strategies for our service delivery employees (specifically our flight attendants, customer service officers and call centre employees) and for overseeing the effective running of day-to-day recruitment activity for these groups. The jobholder is also accountable for ensuring the execution of a signature Cathay candidate experience through all key touchpoints.

Responsibilities
- Establish and execute talent acquisition strategy for Service Delivery roles
- Drive a commercially focused operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets
- Drive continuous improvement through all processes
- Oversee the consistent execution of a signature candidate experience
- Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition professionals to drive the end-to-end recruitment process
- Deploy the right tools, technology and channels, balancing commercial drivers, candidate experience and quality assurance
- Work closely with Employer Branding team and the team to ensure the development of an Service Delivery ‘talent community’ and effective talent attraction plans and activities
- Manage the migration of recruitment and onboarding administration processes to the Global Business Service Centre (GBS) and to agree and establish service level agreements to ensure seamless administrative processes for recruitment and onboarding are delivered by the GBS
- Work with colleagues in IT and the Digital Employee Experience Team to implement and or leverage systems improvements
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related studies
- 6+ years of experience in HR, including 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing high volume, customer facing recruitment advantageous
- Experience overseeing end to end process design
- Experience using assessment and selection tools and leading competency based interviews
- Expertise in assessment and selection tools and technology
- Experience working with recruitment technology platforms
- Experience managing recruitment activity against costs and commercial targets
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
