Role Introduction

Reports to: Passenger Revenue Accounting Manager
- Oversee interline rejections at the correspondence stage and they are not necessarily prolonged
- Line up Revenue Management team and GGT to discuss and agree the more complicated dispute cases
- Ensure interline billing rules and regulations are followed and proration is correctly done by the system

Responsibilities
- Handle the interline billing dispute for both outward and inward billings and ensure the correspondences are reply within the time limit
- Work with Revenue Management to ensure the Special Prorate Agreement is clear and understandable by Revenue Accounting team
- Bring Revenue Management into attention for any long lasting dispute with interline partners and solve the problems accordingly
- Work with GGT and provide feedback to them in order to ensure no persistent mistakes made in interline billing
- Participate in oneworld audits
- Download the RATD/TTBS data from the IATA website and share with all relevant parties in order to ensure the up-to-date taxes billing details are observed during outward and inward billings
- Responsible for monthly account reconciliation, prorate calculation, settlement which related to FFP tickets
- Assist Passenger Revenue Accounting Manager in various ad hoc reports and projects
Requirements
- HKDSE standard with a pass in English
- Higher diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Strong knowledge about ticketing, fare construction, proration and interline billing rules and regulations
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience of which 3 year is in supervisory role
- Well organized with strong analytical mind
- Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
- Experience in using SAP advantageous
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Able to work under pressure and being flexible when necessary to meet deadlines
- Willing to challenge the status quo and improve work processes
