Role Introduction

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Digital Sales Executive with a passion for eCommerce to join the ANZ Marketing Team with our Sydney office in Barangaroo.
Acting as the local website content champion, you will form part of a high performing team who care deeply about our customers and brand. Your main duties focus on the website content and development, ecommerce optimisation, local web-based campaign and UX implementation, and conduct analysis to further optimise digital channel results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute tactical promotions, ongoing fares, non-air products, and content loading on cathaypacific.com/au to maximise digital sales channel revenue
- Optimise onsite content and offers to ensure best possible SEO performance
- Create, test and optimise appealing summary and product landing pages, images and banners to maximise user engagement and sales coversions
- Optimise website performance according to CRO principles
- Lead content development and the test and learn program for email newsletters and website activity
- Drive the execution and performance of email marketing activity such as EDM planning, subscriber recruitment and data management
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role is preferable
- Strong PC literacy including Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- A solid understanding of ecommerce and broader digital landscape
- Experience navigating and interrogating Google Analytics
- A demonstrable passion for digital and commerce
- Strong literacy skills, including copywriting and the ability to adhere to brand and tone of voice
- Strong numeracy skills and experience of working with data to tell a story, including copywriting, editing and image editing for different format and channels
- Adapts to and embraces constant change
- Graduation in any field is a minimum
- Digital experience including website management, analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager
