Role Introduction

Reports to: Learning Manager – Leadership Curriculum
This person is s accountable for the development and delivery of company-wide leadership curriculum that builds up our people leaders’ competence in foundational skills such as team management, team-building, influencing, communication, etc.
This person will also take a lead in the development and maintenance of new learning channels as well as new learning initiatives (bite-sized modules to be delivered by bright spots in business units and outports, and other bite-sized learning events etc.).
Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve leadership curriculum related to foundational people leaders’ skills (e.g. team management, influencing, communication)
- Facilitate company-wide leadership development workshops; both virtually and in the classroom
- Lead a research and development function and create a library of up-to-date reference resources (studies, articles, videos, templates) relevant to leadership development
- Develop new learning channels (including platform for alumni and general users to access leadership related learning tools, resources and templates)
- Develop cost-effective initiatives to build The Learning Academy brand and the foster a culture of agile learning (e.g. bite-sized learning events, multi-disciplinary learning groups to implement classroom learnings)
- Support the Learning Manager in different aspects of day-to-day programme logistics management
- On ad hoc basis, support other teams (Customer Experience, Talent Programme) through advising, co-developing, and executing solutions related to leadership development (i.e. frontline staff, trainee programmes)
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g. Education, Psychology, or Business Admin)
- Strong programme development skills (SME especially at the supervisory level and in key areas such as effective influencing, communication, etc.)
- Strong facilitation skills
- Interest in people development, openness to new ideas and new approaches, and effective collaboration skills (within The Learning Academy and across the business)
- Proficiency in elearning design principles and tools such as Articulate Storyline is desirable
