Responsibilities
- To provide company secretarial services to Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Handle full range of Company secretarial matters for clients in professional manner
- Responsible for statutory compliance duties including arranging for Annual Return
- Maintain and update statutory records and internal database
- Ensure all companies’ records and statutory registers are properly filed
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments

Requirements
- Degree holder in company secretarial related is preferred
- Student member of HKICS/ICSA has priority
- 1-2 years of experience in professional firm is preferable
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of independence, motivation and technical ability
- Traveling may be required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
