Assistant Engineer, Electrical & Mechanical - (210582)
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing works contractors, prepare tender documents and provide technical advice on technical and quality issues of enhancement and revamp works
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the works are conducted in safe and efficient manner with minimal impact on daily airport operations and completed on time
- Ensure new installations are in compliance with the latest design codes and practice, the Authority’s requirements and relevant statutory requirements

Requirements
- Degree holder in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in design, construction and/or project management of electrical and mechanical works.
- Solid experience in airport works and/or sizable electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
- Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
- Possess a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Solid experience in airport works and/or sizable electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
- Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
