Assistant Manager Digital, Performance Analytics

Role Introduction
Reports to: Digital Manager - Omni-Channel Orchestration
This position will be responsible to :
- Act as the platform owner of Adobe Analytics and lead the function of performance analytics in the areas of customer online behavior, commercial performance, digital campaign performance, marketing ROI) by customer, segment, market, product, channel and ensure customer data is enriched and available for cross channel usage
- Design, drive and recommend measurement framework based on customer journey and business needs
- Drive integrated usage of online and offline data to enrich understanding of customer and generate commercial insight
- Coach and groom development of team members
Responsibilities
- Ensure best practices in digital analytical tool use, performance tracking, and eco-system development in a cookie-less world
- Accountable for recommendation and implementation of appropriate metrics and dimension in tracking customer behavior and commercial performance
- Lead reports/dashboards design with the use of digital analytics, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights for customer experience delivery and campaign optimization
- Develop and deliver training curriculum and user support as required for head office business units and regional sales teams for digital analytics tools such as
- Adobe Analytics and Campaign Repository
- Collaborate with DGT Analytics and Data Scientist to drive experimental and personalization across customer travel and customer lifestyle areas, as well as to ensure data feedback loop
- Drive integrated data usage with both online and offline data
- Coach and groom team development team members
Requirements
- University degree in an analytical discipline, such as Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or e-Commerce with minimum 3 years in analytics and tracking area
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience on Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with strong understanding of data layers, tagging, cookies, variables and custom metric set up
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, such as web, SEO, SEM, display ads etc. and attribution models
- Savvy with respect to technical concepts and workflows that underpin digital analytics, such as site load performance tools, first- vs third-party cookies and data integration
- Passion in latest digital and data trends, knowledge of marketing technology tools across web analytics, campaign management across all digital touch points
- Detail-oriented, with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities including both online and offline data
- Strong in communication, flexible and comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders from different teams and levels
- Able to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience in conducting training for analytics tools is an advantage
