Assistant General Manager, Retail Experience

Highlight
Assistant General Manager, Retail Experience - (210698)
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 3 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and realize innovative and appealing digital solutions to create business advantage for HKIA Retail
- Develop business strategy and plans that drive the business growth on HKIA digital ecosystem, including but not limited to HKIA e-shop and food ordering service
- Collaborate with tenants, business partners and external agencies to create business building marketing & promotion campaigns
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities from data in HKIA digital ecosystem and retail market trend
- Motivate and manage the team, internal and external parties to ensure (i) quality and on-time project delivery, and (ii) smooth and effective daily operation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline
- Professional qualification in digital marketing and Google Analytics is preferred
- Ideally at least 12 years’ experience in retail e-commerce and/or digital marketing to drive customers down the funnel from acquisition, engagement, conversion to retention
- Strong business acumen with proven track record to use digital platforms (e.g. e-commerce) to drive significant business growth
- Strong project management skill with a track record in leading retail related digital projects delivery
- Ability to rapidly understand emerging retail technologies and draw connection / reapplications to HKIA retail digital ecosystem to enhance passenger experience
- Agile, self-motivated and action-oriented with strong ownership to drive business performance and the success of projects development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
