Responsibilities
The successful candidate will maintain the internal safety and quality standards across the commercial and residential buildings/properties of Sino Group, especially in fire equipment and system, in accordance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations, permits, contractual requirements and company policy. He/ She will also conduct on-site fire safety inspections and investigations to help identify, plan and record hazards analysis and audit programs for corrective action to ensure continuous quality improvement practices across business.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services/ Fire Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in inspection of safety and fire equipment / system
- Experience in property developers or construction field would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Independent and detail-minded in character
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager (Safety and Fire Audit)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in inspection of safety and fire equipment / system
- Experience in property developers or construction field would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Independent and detail-minded in character
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager (Safety and Fire Audit)
