ASSISTANT MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCES)

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the Manager to handle a full set of staff compensation and benefit administration, including monthly payroll processing, provident fund administration and medical insurance. He/ She will also conduct C&B policies review and enhancement, participate in surveys, consolidate reports, maintain and update HR information system, and support HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, HR or relevant discipline
- At least 6 years of C&B experience in sizeable organization
- Well-versed in Inland Revenue Ordinance, Employment Ordinance and other relevant statutory requirements
- Self-motivated, good analytical thinking and numeric sense
- Ability to multitask between daily operations and project initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Strong in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
