Responsibilities
This position revolves around formulating and implementing of integrated marketing projects at the corporate level. Projects include but not limited to website development, social media management (content & strategies) and through the line campaign management. The incumbent will also liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. Other duties include developing integrated marketing strategies to achieve KPI, keeping track on the regular media performance, conducting industrial and competitor analysis as well as translating findings into workable strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, MIS, Journalism or related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years working experience in digital & integrated marketing, preferably in real estate industry/ corporate environment.
- Strong in MS Excel, database/CMS platform and analytics tools.
- Knowledge in SEO and website structure
- Creative and highly resourceful with strategic mind and people skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
