Role Introduction
Reports to: Assistant Manager – Digital Experience – Travel Service
This role is responsible for support and monitor the development, implementation and maintenance for Chatbot. He/she will also monitor the quality and performance for the optimization of the Chatbot on various channel.
Responsibilities
- Train the artificial intelligence by reviewing responses and providing consistent feedback
- Review questions from end-users and assist in the categorization of these questions and topics
- Utilize data-mining methods in order to identify opportunities for improvement in our chatbot knowledge-base
- Document trends within the responses to communicate areas for improvement
- Test our AI software and provide feedback to Operations, Product, and Solutions
- Support and monitor the development, implementation and maintenance for Chatbot & database
- Work closely with design team, development team, to ensure business requirements are developed correctly and meet acceptance criteria
Requirements
- University Degree of above in Business, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital
- Fluent in reading and writing in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, naturally articulate
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Logical & analytical mind set to implement workflow, rules, and generate insight
- Good communications skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of HTML is an advantage
- Strong interest and belief in AI technology
- Passion for technology and creating a great customer experience
