Role Introduction

Reports to: Revenue Systems & Analytics Manager
The Assistant Manager, Revenue Systems & Analytics supports the projects and initiatives of the next generation revenue management functionalities which help generating incremental revenue to our network. He/she should also solicit various data sources and latest data science technology to improve the outputs from the revenue management systems. He/she is expected to work collaboratively with externals vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of business cases and data analytics trackers of various projects
- Support the execution of next generation revenue management initiatives in the roadmap
- Deliver revenue generation strategies related to process automation and enhancement with new data science technology. Provide subject-matter expert’s inputs and drive the implementation of the machine learning initiatives
- Unlock the potential of available data and explore new data sources which can improve the revenue process and performance. Perform analytics to measure and improve the forecast accuracy and availability output from the revenue management systems
- Explore new system features and drive the implementation of those with justified value to our network
- Communicate the complicated science and revenue management concepts to other stakeholders in layman terms
Requirements
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline
- 5 years of work experience with minimum 3 years of commercial working experience
- Knowledge of airline pricing and revenue management is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and value focused
- Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders
- Open-minded to new ways of doing things
- Excellent time management and be able to work under pressure
