This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Act as Programme Manager and the technical lead of the Corporate IT Services team to oversee and manage the implementation of the IT application systems with focuses on Mobile applications so as to ensure operation readiness before Third Runway (3RS) opening and integrated operability between existing systems and 3RS
- Establish policy, procedures and support standard, and to prepare plan and direct the support team to improve and develop expertise for day to day trouble shooting as well as to provide expert advice to users and first level support staff
- Develop and specify the support and maintenance requirement for the critical mobile applications / systems and be the customer representative directing and managing the contractors to ensure service performance is met
- Assist Legal, Procurement and other departments to define and review the contractual agreement between the organization and its system partners
- Define and establish the quality assurance and enhancement standard, tools, design guidelines and policy
- Determine, plan and allocate resources based on the Corporate business plan and new system requirements from the users, including internal users, external business partners and Government departments
- Influence and liaise with external business partners and Government departments on the technical solutions to increase and improve the efficiency of corporate services related airport operations
- Identify, plan and develop a medium term support and new systems implementation direction for the mobile applications / systems to fulfil the on-going business requirements, new technology trends and to match with the mission of the organization and Airport City development

Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines, with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in project management and systems development
- Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required and Certificate in Aglie Methodology is preferred
- Substantial experience in agile project management, mobile application implementation for enterprise and JEE application delivery preferably in customer facing systems or aviation industry
- Management experience and knowledge in defining business process to IT systems
- Able to drive changes to practices and processes to meet business challenges
- Self-motivated with strong liaison, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
