Highlight

The job holder administers Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (the “Company”) Work Injury Care Programme for cabin crew, establishes regular liaison and coordination with Labour Department and work injury rehabilitation service provider on all matters relating to cabin crew work injury.
Responsibilities
Work Injury Case Related Follow-up:
-Provide advice and consultation to cabin crew on post-injury administrative procedures and medical rehabilitation plan.
-Report case(s) to the Labour Department.
-Follow up on outstanding case(s) to drive case closure.
-Ensure the documents are in order for filing as closed case and the status is updated in the systems.
-Review all medical certificates submitted to the work injury (“WI”) section to ensure accuracy.
-Reply to work injury related enquiries from cabin crew through common email account and telephone.
-Liaise with Labour Department and cabin crew on the required work injury process.
-Carry out fact finding to support legal service providers in handling employee’s compensation applications and personal injury claims.

Information Processing
-Prepare management reports with WI data.
-Process unpaid work injury related sick leave (“USI”).

Other Duties
-Carry out any other tasks and duties as required by Head of Cabin Crew, Well-being & Leave Support Manager and/or Assistant Manager Well-being & Leave Support.
Requirements
-Diploma or above.
-At least 3 years in a cabin crew or human resource related role.
-At least 3 years in managing performance, attendance or disciplinary processes.
-Good case management sense and able evaluate and act on issues in a fair and consistent manner.
-Willingness to embrace change.
-Approachable and decisive.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
-Mature individual with high emotional quotient.
-Ability to inspire, build trust and respect within the cabin crew community.
-Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
