Responsibilities
- Responsible for order administration in warehouse
- Communicate with operator, trucker and forwarders for shipment processing
- Data/information input and output in warehouse management system
- Response to customer’s inquiry in timely manner
- Understand service requirement and prioritize tasks
- Assist management in improvement projects
- Communicate with operator, trucker and forwarders for shipment processing

Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics, Business or any related principles
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Express industry
- Familiar with supply chain flow is a definite advantage
- Confident to communicate with internal / external customer and vendors, in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
- Hands-on computer knowledge in MS Excel, database management & statistical tools
- Well-organized, independent and self-driven
