-Assist the Manager / Assistant Manager to perform requirements assessment, solution design, development, implementation, quality assurance and product commissioning
-Support the Project Manager of Airport & Passenger Systems Team to ensure timely, quality and within budget systems implementation of 2RS system enhancement as well as systems extension to 3RS.
-Liaise and coordinate with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers in relation to planning, project management and support functions
-Provide technical collaboration and consultation for AA internal users related to airport and passenger systems
-Develop user requirements specifications, functional design and specification for contractors based on business requirements
-Perform project support/administration to assist in meeting agreed project objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, stakeholder expectations and user requirements
-Develop project implementation plans and work breakdown structure and manage data, reports and related information to facilitate project administration and contract compliance
-Supervise different contractors on performing FAT, SAT and UAT
-Monitor the performance of the responsible application systems to identify areas of possible enhancement and close out outstanding system issues by implementing fixes or upgrades
-Ensure smooth transition of system operations by providing instructions and expert advice to first level support staff
-Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
-At least 3 years relevant working experience, experience in airports and aviation industry is preferred
-Holder of ITIL certificate is preferred
-Proven application development and support experience in large scale, mission critical systems
-Proficiency level skills in Windows, UNIX and major DBMS (such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL servers) and related development tools such as C/C++ and Java EE
-Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
