-Assist the Manager / Assistant Manager to perform requirements assessment, solution design, development, implementation, quality assurance and product commissioning
-Liaise and coordinate with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers in relation to planning, project management and support functions
-Provide technical collaboration and consultation for AA internal users related to IT systems
-Develop user requirements specifications, functional design and specification for contractors based on business requirements
-Perform project support/administration to assist in meeting agreed project objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, stakeholder expectations and user requirements
-Supervise different contractors on performing SIT, UAT, Performance test and Security test.
-Monitor the performance of the responsible application systems to identify areas of possible enhancement and close out outstanding system issues by implementing fixes or upgrades
-Ensure smooth transition of system operations by providing instructions and expert advice to first level support staffs or contractors
-Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
-At least 3 years of working experience in IT industry
-Experience in running IT projects, incident handling and stakeholder engagement
-Experience in cloud platform and web application deployment
-Experience in mobile app development and testing is preferable
-Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP) or SCRUM is preferable
-Experience of vendor management
-Good knowledge of Java, Data Analytic, CRM and eCommerce
-Experience in Salesforce or Magento is an advantage
-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is an advantage
