Responsibilities
-To maintain the Airside Vehicle Licensing Office ("AVLO") daily operations, including handling of Airside Vehicle Licence applications, vetting application related documents (e.g. insurance), administering the airside vehicle parking permit and other relevant charges & answer general inquiry on vehicle application related matters
-Upkeep the airside vehicle licensing standards by assisting in various safety compliance checks, such as Spot Check Examination & records checking in annual audits
-Coordinate with Authorized Vehicle Examination Centres (AVECs) for day-to-day operations and monitor their performance
-Work with contractors and facilitate different projects, such as GSE Pooling scheme, Airport Autonomous Transport System & Hydrogen fuel vehicles trial

Requirements
-Degree holder with minimum 3 years' airport working experience is preferred. Higher Diploma with at least 6 years' relevant operations experience/ Secondary level with at least 8 years’ relevant operations experience will also be considered
-Experience in vehicle examination centre or related maintenance scope for vehicles/ GSE is an advantage
-Knowledge in ramp operations and GSE is preferred.
-Team player with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
-Proactive, strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
-Competent PC skills – MS Word, Excel, Power Point
-Good written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
-Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License for Class 1 and 2
-Experience in vehicle examination centre or related maintenance scope for vehicles/ GSE is an advantage
-Knowledge in ramp operations and GSE is preferred.
-Team player with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
-Proactive, strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
-Competent PC skills – MS Word, Excel, Power Point
