Responsibilities
-To assist direct supervisors to review design and test plans of the project, and to coordinate among work parties, internal and external business partners on various baggage related projects in T1 Baggage Hall to maximize baggage processing efficiency and reliability that could be delivered by the project
-To monitor work progresses and mitigate conflicts on multitudinous activities and works in the baggage handling areas
-To arrange trials and meetings including administrative and logistics arrangements
-To pay close attention to the new baggage related facilities launching and operating schedules and ensure that all the associated equipment is well prepared on time
-To assist in work permit issuance and ensure that the method statement of each application is carefully examined
-To supervise testing and commissioning works, set up training sessions and handover to Operations of baggage related facilities
-To monitor work progresses and mitigate conflicts on multitudinous activities and works in the baggage handling areas

Requirements
-Degree holder with minimum 3 year's relevant working experience preferably in airport management, airline operations or project management
-Associate degree / higher diploma holder with at least 6 years' working experience
-Solid experience in construction and/or project management in baggage systems under a live operation
environment is an advantage
-A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Effective time management skills
-Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
-Able to work independently and under pressure
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
-Proficiency in AutoDesk Navisworks -Freedom and video editing will be an added advantage
-Posse ssion of valid HK Driving License {Class 1 and 2) is preferred
-Associate degree / higher diploma holder with at least 6 years' working experience
