Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
Document detailed user requirements and test specifications
Assist in carrying out system testing and document results with follow up
Organize testing schedule with collaboration with operational team to minimize operation impact
Coordinate with end users on requirement verification and training
Monitor day-to-day operations and log down system performance and fault tracking, handle ad-hoc operational needs
Handle project administration works, such as progress reporting and project payment
Assist in operational service contract administration, including manpower monitoring, monthly payment calculation, performance review and audit
Assist in carrying out system testing and document results with follow up

Requirements
University degree in Logistics, Transport, Aviation, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of working experience in airport business
Knowledge in airfield and baggage operations is an advantage
Detail-oriented and diligent
Good communication skills with a proactive attitude
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Possession of driving license class 1 is preferred
