Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing training and development plans to address development needs of the organization and promote learning culture within the organization
- Support training needs analysis
- Liaise with internal and external parties to develop and/or organize training programmes and activities
- Design and deliver training
- Conduct research on training related topics as assigned
- Support day-to-day training administration, maintain proper records on training initiatives and development activities
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in sizable organization(s) with sound staff training and development practices
- Solid experience in implementation of training and development initiatives
- Team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with others and establish partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and using technology to support training and development initiatives
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in sizable organization(s) with sound staff training and development practices
