Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services including oversee facilities maintenance, repair and safety.
Requirements
-Degree with 3 years or Higher Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience in Building Surveying / Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial buildings
-Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings
-Good communication in both English and Chinese
-Knowledge of PC operations
