Sales Services Officer

Highlight
The job holder will be responsible for assist to achieving agency accounts sales target and routes sales target. He / She will support the growth of trade relationship and the promotion of CX's brand and products with the trade. The job holder will develop MICE business through agencies and direct contacts.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
-Facilitate CX sales and support agency channel by providing effective and efficient sales services support that assist and facilitate Group, Tour and Leisure Sales Team to achieve revenue target.

Sales Services
-Monitoring group booking activities and the Tasks Queue in GSO, make sure all confirmed bookings are input with correct group nature and group name.
-Follow up escalation request with head office for big size party request and bidding group request.
-Follow up deposit payment within commitment time and update ADS system
-Prepare flight check tables, follow up final email sent by agents and update ADS system.
-Follow up and monitor special request for travel agents e.g. musical instruments.
-Follow up US Doc and appointment letters with agents.
-Group firmness checking requested by head office or sales team.
-Generate advance booking reports or group utilization reports for sales team to develop sales strategy.
-Clear queue item ( SC queue and OP queue )
-Provide support & handle travel agents enquiries through email, phone and ideally response within 24 hours.
-Support Passenger Sales Executive for any operation issues and maximize effort to achieve sales goal.
-When necessary, suggest alternative solution to travel partner for consideration so as to conclude business deal as much as possible.

Credit Control
-Monitor group deposit and payment when confirmation of seats.

Trade Relationship
-Manage trade relationship with all group, tour and leisure that include BSP and non BSP agent.
-Foster and enhance business relationship with travel agents, strength CX positioning.

Internal Support
-Responsible to coordinate with other internal department for any agency issues.
-Carry out assignment and duty assign by immediate supervisors.
Requirements
-Minimum HKCEE / HKDSE qualifications, with at least 5 subjects passed including English language, or equivalent or have completed a diploma from a recognized institute or colleague.
-1 - 2 years of airline commercial / sales experience, good understanding of airline industry is a distinct advantage.
-Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is desirable.
-Able to adopt various interpersonal styles to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
-Energetic and outgoing.
-Able to collect all relevant information and analyse complex problems and issues.
-Strong sense of responsibility.
-PC literacy including Word, Excel and Power Point
