Highlight
This role is responsible for the daily operations of Cathay O2O Shop.
Responsibilities
-Handle daily shop operation including sale of product, product ordering and display, shop cleaning and assisting online shop services
-Deliver excellent customer service, maintain long term relationship with customers
-Handle inquiries and provide after sales service
-Execute stock replenishment and handle stock transfer
-Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
-Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
-Shop location: Cityplaza
Requirements
-With at least 2 years’ experience in retail or chain stores operations
-Customer-oriented and able to drive customer services
-Outgoing, proactive, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Responsible, pro-active, well organized, presentable and with a drive to success
-Adaptive to change and good problem-solving skills
-Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
-Able to work in shift duties during weekends and public holidays
