Property Officer 物業主任, Property Department (Ref: PPO / PD / 10-23)

There are offices in Yunnan Province and Sichuan Province for community development in these provinces.
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the inspection of all new, renovation and maintenance works
- To liaise with contractors and inspect the works connected with the projects
- Perform day-to-day building management and inspection services, and oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services
- To obtain quotations from maintenance contractors for the repair of defects of the Salvation Army properties
- Plan the maintenance programmes for up-keeping the building conditions and building services of the premises
- To be responsible for the property management of Army properties and the supervision of the Building Attendants and Technicians
- Routine Patrolling and check the condition of all areas of the premises
- Aware of the emergency system including alarm, fire detection panel, etc
- Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by supervisor or Head of Department

Requirements
- An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
- Higher Diploma or above in Property Management / Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in construction, property facilities management or other relevant field
- Possess valid Hong Kong Driving Licence Class 1 and 2
- Good problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
