Highlight

The Project Executive is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for supporting the TA Transformation Project. The Project Executive is responsible for supporting the TA Management team in organising and managing different TA project activities from project initiation to project closure.
Responsibilities
-Supporting Talent Acquisition Management team with administrative and logistic support during our transformation project
-Document and track progress of project initiatives
Follow up on any outstanding actions to ensure the deliverables are met ahead of deadline
-Active involvement in certain tasks within overall project plan such as documenting global end to end process
-Responsible for collation and presentation preparation of key data to support project initiatives
-Support the implementation of new initiatives/project deliverables with TA team and wider stakeholder group which may involve supporting with training delivery or communications surrounding new processes
-Assist in the research and insight gathering aligned to project initiatives
-Responsible for updating relevant operating manuals/policies where changes are made
-Support administrative tasks associated with project deliverables such as setting up meetings, meeting notes, action tracking
Requirements
-Tertiary education with 1 - 3 years of related experience
-With minimum 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related field
-Good in MS Office suites (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
-Good command of English and Chinese languages
