Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Conducting T3 supervision under the SSSP at off-shore facilities as well as Hong Kong site;
-Ensuring the quality of construction works and materials meet the contract requirements;
-Identifying design and construction issues and liaise with relevant parties to provide effective engineering solutions;
-Reviewing the Contractor's submissions/proposals/site queries, including BIM to ensure compliance with the contract requirements;
-Monitoring works progress, preparing comprehensive daily work records and progress reports;
-Working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure the construction works are completed on time and within budget to a high level of quality; and
-Assisting the Senior Project Engineer to deliver the civil and structural works.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
-At least 6 years' relevant experience;
-Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies;
-Experience in the management of site planning and statutory submission to Buildings Department and relevant authorities;
-Experience in the design and site supervision of airport related project works is preferred;
-Qualified TCP, RSE-T3 is highly preferred;
-Able to travel to China periodically to carry out T3 quality site supervision;
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. -Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
-Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools;
-Knowledge of BIM is highly preferred.
