Highlight
We are looking for a People Data, Insights and Policy Analyst who will take a leading role in transforming our team reporting and policy framework capabilities, resulting in further clarity, consistency and data driven insights.
This is a 12-month full-time position based in our regional office in Barangaroo, Sydney. This role will lead a project to review end to end our current ways of working, building fit for future solutions that optimize our data and reporting functionality. This includes, automation of key people metrics reporting/dashboards, defining process mapping, and supporting development of clearer guidelines/playbooks/checklists for People processes.
Responsibilities
-Define and drives an end-to-end project plan that prioritises scope and timeline to review and document all People processes and practises.
-Create transparency of the process to execute such policies and subsequent impact on our reporting needs.
-Support any global compliance requests, identifying local risks and driving forward focus areas for improvement across the region.
-Play a key role in connecting to a variety of data sources ie supporting integration of data from our payroll systems back to People Hub.
-Design end-to-end reporting solutions, with a strong focus on methodology, data integration with existing systems and tools.
-Conducting detailed analysis to support improvement and change initiatives that reduce costs, increase utilisation, and improve wellness and fatigue management.
-Educating People team colleagues on the use and adaptation of reporting tooling and how to draw meaningful insights from this information.
Requirements
-Tertiary qualification and/or extensive work experience in an appropriate discipline.
-Demonstrated experience in managing complex data and reporting environments, programs or projects
-Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement
-Strong proficiency with Excel & working with dataflows
-Detail focused and strives for accuracy
-Proactive with great communication skills
-Ability to put narrative to numbers when communicating with internal stakeholders
-Project Management experience preferred
