Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with clients on lease terms and conditions for new and renewal leases;
- Process admission applications and tenancy renewals from site visits to preparation of lease documentations on a timely and efficient manner;
- Conduct tenant visit regularly and offer value added service to tenants;
- Liaise with potential or existing tenants on admission and renewal matters;
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the admission, expansion, downsize and/or relocation of tenants;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 4 - 5 years’ relevant working experience in leasing administration operation;
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, self-disciplined and systematic;
- Excellent planning, attention to details and result driven;
- Pleasant, outgoing and enthusiastic;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
