Operation Officer, Landside Services - (220135)
Responsibilities
• Real time monitoring of day-to-day operations, perform in-terminal, SkyPier, roadside and work sites patrols (Three-runway System “3RS”, Two-runway System “2RS” and Hong King Port). Handle and prepare day-to-day operation logs, reports and paper works.
• Attend to accidents, incidents and fault report and coordinate with external and internal parties concerned for assistance, remedial actions and solutions.
• Liaise and coordinate with service contractor for road management, in terminal and landside cleaning, car park management, taxi station management, anti-touting, SkyPier baggage handling and tax refund.
• Liaise and coordinate with captains, Ferry Handling Agent, service contractors for berth control, slot assignment, high-speed ferry speed monitoring, operate the operation system e.g. SkyPier Manifest Verification and Airport Tax Refund System, Pier Information Management System, Automatic Identification System and other duties in relation to SkyPier operations.
• Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on scene investigation and prepare incident/ accident reports for the necessary actions of management.

Requirements
• Degree holder in Aviation, Logistics, Business Management, Transportation Planning or related disciplines with one year solid working experience ; Higher Diploma with solid airport operations experience of not less than 3 years will also be considered
• F.5 / DSE graduate with minimum of 5 years’ working experience in airside / landside / road management of airport or airline operations will also be considered
• Good team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
• Pro-active, detailed-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
• Possess a valid HK driving license of Class 1 or Class 2
• F.5 / DSE graduate with minimum of 5 years’ working experience in airside / landside / road management of airport or airline operations will also be considered
• Good team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
