Responsibilities
- Assist for handling ASQ, KPI and in-house surveys to ensure the daily operation is smooth
- Perform data input duties for processing and analysis
- Administer and responsible for promotional campaign, education and other works related to ASQ, Skytrax and ACI Accreditation for HKIA
- Support the design and mock-up of questionnaire
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Aviation Management, Facility Management, Statistics or other related disciplines
- With a minimum of 1year’s working experience, preferable in customer services, airline operations and/or statistical related industries
- Good team player with good interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Independent, responsible, proactive, innovative and result-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
