Responsibilities
What you'll do:
• Assist proposal vetting, technical advisory and document verification of funding applications
• Proactively communicate with external parties, including applicants and other stakeholders
• Keep track of project progress and give regular updates to supervisor
• Prepare data analysis and statistical reports
• Conduct hands-on tasks including document preparation, document verification and assist in technical assessment
• Support ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/ Electronic/ Information Engineering, Mechatronics, or any Science and Engineering related discipline
• 1 year's working experience preferably in project management, project consultancy, technology-related industry and government funding related project
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, highly attentive to details, able to work independently and under pressure and passionate in new technology development
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Note:
1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.
2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal upon contract expiry.
