Responsibilities
Reporting directly to Assistant General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Corporate Management/ Engineer Trainee Programs, Internship Program and other talent programs to support the building of a strong talent pipeline for company’s succession planning. He/ She will work closely with related parties in managing talent recruitment processes and implementing activities to support talents’ growth.
Requirements
- Degree in HRM, Training or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Training & Development/ Talent Management, experience in coaching and/ or counselling an advantage
- Well versed in the latest talent recruitment and promotion mode/ channels in the market
- Good organization and project management skills
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience in using social media platforms, TEAMS, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
